What we collect
Only what you type into our contact form: your name, email, business name, website, business type, the services you pick and your message. We use it to reply to you and, if you become a client, to do the work you asked for.
If you email us, we keep the email so we can answer and follow up.
What we do not collect
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and does not ask for payment details. Payments for our services are handled by our payment provider, Stripe, under its own privacy policy.
Where it is stored
The website is hosted by Netlify, which receives contact form messages and keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which can see your IP address when your browser downloads them. Our email is hosted by IONOS.
We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We only share it with the service providers above, to run this website and our email, or if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to answer you or serve you as a client, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Email info@social-buzz.app with the subject "Privacy request" and we will reply within 2 business days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
