Cancel any time

Monthly plans have no contract. To cancel, email info@social-buzz.app before your next billing date. Your plan stops at the end of the month you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

We do not refund months that have already been worked, because the work for that month has been done. If you cancel before we start any work in a paid month, email us and we will look at it fairly.

Projects

For quoted projects, the payment steps and what happens if a project stops are written in your quote.

After you cancel

Everything we wrote and published for you stays yours. Please remove our user access from your accounts, or ask us and we will remove ourselves.
