Website Security

Patch, harden and watch your PHP and WordPress site.

Old PHP versions, outdated WordPress plugins and weak logins are common ways websites get broken into. We update and patch your site, close common gaps, and watch it so problems are caught early.

Is your PHP or WordPress version patched?

Type the versions you see on your site. Find them in WordPress under Tools → Site Health → Info (Server shows PHP; WordPress shows the core version). Nothing you type leaves this page.

Questions

Common questions

How do I know if my site is out of date?

In WordPress, the Dashboard → Updates screen lists core, plugin and theme updates. Your host control panel shows your PHP version. We can check both for free.

Will updates break my site?

They can, which is why we back up first and test updates on a copy before changing the live site.

My site was hacked. Can you help?

Yes. We clean the site, close the hole that was used, restore from a clean backup when possible, and set up monitoring.
