Terms of service

Who we are

Social Buzz is a digital studio that builds websites, systems, apps and automations, secures websites, and runs a monthly SEO and AI-search service. These terms apply when you buy a monthly plan or a project from us.

Monthly plans

SEO & AI search and other monthly services are billed once a month, in advance, at the price on your plan ($300–$700 a month for SEO & AI search). There is no long contract. Each paid month covers the work for that month.

Projects

Websites, systems, apps, automation and security projects are quoted in writing before work starts. The quote lists what is included, the price and the payment steps.

Access to your accounts

You add our email as a user on the tools we need, such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile and your website. We never ask for your passwords. You stay the owner of every account and can remove our access at any time.

What we promise and what we cannot

We promise steady, careful work and honest reports that use only data from your own accounts. No one controls Google or AI assistants, so we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales.

Your content

Content we write and publish for you is yours to keep, including after you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. See our refunds and cancellation page for how it works.
